Back in December, we passed along the word from a reliable source that the Samsung Galaxy Alpha would be updated to Android 5.0 by the end of the first quarter. That forecast might end up being a tad too optimistic. A tweet sent out earlier today by Samsung France revealed that the metal framed handset could receive the Android 5.0.1 update at any second.
