Samsung boasts that more than 1,000 apps can be downloaded on its older Gear smartwatches

Although Samsung has recently been making a journey into the new-found land of Android Wear with the Gear Live, we shouldn't forget that the tech behemoth also released another batch of smartwatches that were initially powered by Android and currently by Sammy's own Tizen OS. Of course, we are talking about Samsung Galaxy Gear, Samsung Gear 2, and Samsung Gear 2 Neo.
