At various times this year, we told you about a tablet that is rumored to be under production by HTC. Various code names have been bandied about for this tablet, including Flounder, and Volantis. But the most important name that this slate could be called, is the Nexus 9. What is interesting, is that the tablet has received its Wi-Fi certification, and according to the certificate, the operating system on the slab will be Android L.
