Facebook Messenger now allows you to instantly send 15-second videos

If you are an avid Facebook user, then it's almost certain that you have installed Facebook's Messenger. This app comes with the chat heads feature, which allows you to quickly access your Facebook messages from almost anywhere, even in full screen apps.
