Google to become Sprint and T-Mobile MVNO?

According to people knowledgeable about the situation, Google is working on a project called Nova that will make the search giant a Sprint and T-Mobile MVNO. For those unfamiliar with the term, the initials stand for mobile virtual network operator. This means that Google will pay wholesale for access to each carrier's network, and sell voice and data plans to the public at retail.
