HTC could change its phone naming scheme, next flagship might not be called One (M9)

After the HTC One (M7) from 2013 and the One (M8) from earlier this year, we’re all expecting HTC to introduce a One (M9) in 2015. According to a previous rumor, HTC may actually announce both an M9 and an M9 Prime in the first quarter of next year. But will it, really?



According to @upleaks, which has been a pretty reliable source thus far, HTC’s next flagship smartphone won’t be called M9. In fact, it’s said that HTC will no longer use this M-something naming scheme. Unfortunately, there’s no word on what HTC has in store for us, so we’ll just have to wait and see what happens next year. ...
