Facebook's Snapchat-esque Slingshot launches on the Apple App Store

Recently, we told you about Facebook's Slingshot app. Similar to Snapchat, Slingshot allows you to send a video or a photo with a caption, and have it self-destruct just seconds after it is read. Earlier this month, Facebook accidentally put the Slingshot app up on the Apple App Store, only to quickly take it down.
