Huawei Ascend P7 mini is official, introduced before the full-sized model

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei has introduced a mini version of the Huawei Ascend P7. The interesting thing is that the mini version of the device was introduced before the full-sized model. That goes against the current convention from manufacturers. Huawei might be taking a marketing risk, since consumers usually like to compare the mini version of a phone to the full-sized model to see exactly how much the specs have been cut on the smaller model.
