We've seen a few leaks involving Samsung's upcoming Windows Phone powered release for Verizon, the Samsung ATIV SE. For example, we've seen an alleged press shot of the phone from evleaks, and another leak revealed that the device will supposedly be released on April 18th with a full retail price of $599. Today, someone claiming to have knowledge of Verizon's plans, said that the Samsung ATIV SE will not have Windows Phone 8.1 installed out of the box. That would seem to dovetail with reports this weekend stating that the new build of Windows Phone would not be made available until April 23rd, ...
