Samsung recently started selling the Galaxy Alpha - a handset that seems to have signaled a new direction for the company’s design (at least when it comes to certain smartphones). The Alpha has a metal frame around its edges, being Samsung’s first Galaxy handset to be constructed like that. The Galaxy Note 4, the unannounced Galaxy A5, and others will follow.
