
HTC today unveiled its first virtual reality headset, the HTC Vive, which will take on Samsung's Gear VR and Google's Cardboard. The Taiwan-based maker has partnered with Valve, the popular video game developer and distributor, on the virtual reality headset, which pair Valve's Steam VR tracking technologies with HTC's "world-renowned design and engineering talent".
